How secure are the payments, and what about chargebacks and PCI?

Payments run on Adyen, with RevenueProtect fraud scoring, dynamic 3D Secure, and chargeback liability shift on qualifying transactions. Card data is handled by Adyen, which keeps it out of your ERP and off your network.

Who maintains this long term, or does it become my team's burden?

Toolbx runs maintenance, monitoring, and support, so it isn't your team's to carry. Your ERP keeps running as it does today, and Toolbx runs alongside your current portal.
