At go-live, you choose which Pros to invite by bulk email. Each account is built before the email sends because the Pro's work email is already attached to their account number. So the first login opens on their balance, invoices, statements and trade pricing, pulled out of your ERP before they get there. Nothing for the Pro to set up and nothing for your office to link.

View AllAfter go-live, a contractor who finds you online can register for a login. They cannot purchase until your team approves them. The registration appears in a verification queue in your admin. Someone in your office matches the Pro to their customer number in your ERP, then approves or rejects the registration.

The Pro invites their own crew and sets what each person can touch. Permissions run by feature area: a framer can have create rights on orders and nothing at all on invoices or payments, and the office manager the exact reverse. Default role templates, or build your own. The invite is the Pro's action, and so is the removal. Crew members can sign in with Google or a passwordless email link, with two-factor authentication available.

A Pro can tag an order, invoice or delivery to a jobsite, then save that site's address, contact, delivery instructions and project stage. The Jobs screen shows the Pro's total spend and outstanding balance, with a row of spend for each jobsite.
